1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and placing an order for number plates through Cathy's Q4U Fairland, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cathy's Q4U Fairland.

2. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Cathy's Q4U Fairland • "You", "Your", "Customer" refers to the person placing an order • "Services" refers to the number plate manufacturing and related services provided • "Website" refers to our online ordering platform • "Order" refers to a request to manufacture number plates placed through our website

3. Eligibility & Legal Requirements

To order number plates, you must: • Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid SA ID number • Be the registered owner of the vehicle or have authorisation from the registered owner • Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid vehicle registration number • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996 and its regulations Number plates are manufactured in accordance with SABS 1116:2009 specifications and all applicable South African National Standards.

4. Order Process

• All orders are subject to verification of your identity and vehicle registration details • We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with legal requirements • Once an order is placed and payment received, manufacturing will commence • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until we have verified all details • You will receive notifications regarding the status of your order via email • Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated • Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted • Payment must be received before manufacturing commences • We accept card payments, EFT/bank transfers, and cash payments • For EFT payments, please use your order reference number as the payment reference • Payment is deemed received once funds have cleared in our account

6. Collection & Delivery

Collection: • Number plates can be collected from our Fairland branch once manufacturing is complete • You or your authorised representative must present valid identification upon collection • Orders not collected within 30 days may be subject to storage fees Delivery: • Delivery is available within South Africa at an additional cost • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address • Someone must be available to receive the delivery and sign for the parcel

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of number plates, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects • Claims for defective plates must be made within 7 days of collection or delivery • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved claim • We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer • Plates manufactured to correct specifications based on information provided cannot be returned

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control • We are not liable for any penalties or fines resulting from driving without number plates during the manufacturing period • Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and government actions) may affect service delivery without liability

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cathy's Q4U Fairland or its licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa • Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) • The Johannesburg High Court shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings
